maternity photoshoot?

I love seeing maternity pictures
they are so creative and charming
but I'm trying to decide if I want to have some done

what's your opinion on them
have you had them done?
did you regret not?
do you know someone who did?
what'd they do with the pictures?

I'd love some input because I'm teetering... not quite sure what to do.

So I didn't get them done because I don't like getting pics done and I thought the cool part of being pregnant was the baby inside which sadly you can't see:). I honestly don't regret it all. But, I think that they are super cute, so if you are leaning towards wanting them at all, I think they would be fun for you and worth it!

I think maternity pics are way cute....but with that being said I didn't get them. I couldn't see myself putting them up in my house or anything. And usually photographers are way expensive and you end up spending a lot on one when the baby gets there. I would rather spend the money on a really good photographer once the baby gets here.-I had casual pics taken (by Greg) every month just for the memory-nothing fancy. BUT if you get them done they will be darling!

I never had them done. I don't really regret it either because I would never have actually framed them and put them in my house. I think they are way cute though so I think it just depends on what you want.

I agree with everyone else's comments. They are super cute, but I never saw myself hanging any and I wanted to spend our pennies on having Busath take pictures of our baby.

I didn't get any done. I had a hard time with the changes going on. The best part is the baby inside. I don't regret it. If I ever want to remember, I just look at my kiddos.

Thanks for all the opinions! it totally solidified how I was already feeling. I completely agree that I don't think I would hang these pictures up, who wants to stare at a picture of yourself in your largest state!.
