exercising

these last four months being pregnant have sure messed up my exercise routine
i'm interested in trying some pregnancy yoga or pilates
before going and buying a bunch of videos I was wondering if there are any recommended
so if you have tried one let me know if you liked it or recommend it.

I don't have any workout recommendations, my workouts consist of chasing Molly. But I want to say good for you for wanting to workout during pregnancy!! Thats usually the last thing on my mind! Good luck!

Maybe I should rent a 2 year old to get me moving. I am primarily motivated to exercise to stretch out all my muscles I swear they are harder than rocks!

I did water aerobics all the way through my first pregnancy. It's one of those things that you have to put some effort into, but it can be a really great workout if you push yourself. And it feels amazing toward the end to not have to fight gravity so much!

Jessica, I'm so glad you suggested that because I've been thinking anything in water sounds fantastic, minus the getting out and walking to your car with wet hair after.
